Mom update

Here is an update that Brooke sent out last night, that I've revised some.

Mom came through her surgery well. However, they found that she had more lymph nodes that were cancerous that showed up when the dye test was performed. (No sign of cancer showed on the MRI scans she had a couple of weeks ago). All of the nodes that were showing positive were removed. The breast tissue results will not be back until next week to determine the amount of cancer that was still present.

Mom is in a GREAT GREAT GREAT deal of pain!!!!! Please pray that this can get under control...she is supposed to be discharged Sunday. She will be staying here in Columbus with us this week.

Please pray for strength for Mom and that she can recover quickly with no problems, no infections, pain control and to continue to trust in God's plan with the news that more cancerous nodes were found.
