Happy Mother's Day Mommas-to-be

The expecting list continues to grow and my non-motherly advice is this, write it down! I've spent the last two years and 7 months living with Karter and have seen and heard a lot of funny, crazy and gross things he does. You think you'll remember, but you won't, for very long anyways. Get a notebook (or Microsoft Word) and write it down! My mom did that for each of us and it's fun to read some of the things we did.

Tonight Karter sang the entire alphabet by himself and at then end, said "now i know my e, f, g's" instead of saying "now i know my a, b, c's" it was too cute. He calls his mom, "Mommy Brooke" or "Brooke Mommy" and some of his favorite repetitive phrases are "Help please" "thank you welcome" (he says both together), "lucky penny?" (asking for a penny because on a video from the library the character has a lucky penny), "stop it" (probably because we say it to him quite often), "kiss it, all better", "where are you?" "there it is, it was hiding!" (when he finds anything he's forgotten about, it was hiding) ...those are just a few from the child who talks NON STOP (:

Is it just me or does it seem like a year is either full of babies or weddings, and this year it's babies. Perhaps next year will bring some weddings? Not that I'm in a hurry or anything, but I do wonder when or if... (: Don't all girls? The Lord is good to those who wait for Him...
